200th Post - First Fabric Give-Away!

It's been a long time in coming, but I have finally reached that elusive milestone. 200 Posts! Hard to believe it's taken me this long since I started this blog three and a half years ago. I just don't post as often as I'd like to.

With that milestone comes another one. My very first fabric give-away.

As some people, especially those in my Guild know, I love text prints. In the spirit of sharing and celebrating, I will be giving away eight fat quarters of light text prints from my stash.

Here they are, in all their glory.

In order to win, you can do any or all of the following:
1) Leave me a comment and tell me what your favorite type of novelty fabric is.
2) Follow my blog and tell me in another comment how you follow me.
3) Repost this give-away and tell me how you reposted in a separate comment (your own blog, Flickr, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.). You may repost on several different social media sites, please leave a separate comment for each type and add a link to the post or tell me your user ID and which site you posted on.

This is open to all, international entries welcome. If you are a no-reply blogger, please post your email address so I can contact you.

Deadline to enter is Friday, August 16, 2013 at 11:59pm EST. Good luck!

  3. I'm a big fan of text prints as well! Other than that, I'm collecting novelty fabrics that represent places I've traveled (Map of London tube, Paris, the new Dear Stella Va Bene of Italy).

  6. OK Anna your image of that text fabric on Flickr.com caught my eye and that is when I discovered your blog. So I am now a follower and see I can use the blog lovin feature to get email updates. We should all get blog cards to share with the members at meetings, that way we can put a face with an address and a quilt project! :-)

  16. Hmm...I do like text prints but am never sure how to use them! But I would say my favorite novelty fabric is anything with dogs and cats as the majority of stuff I make is little beds for shelter dogs and cats to sleep on. I just follow you thru a bookmark on my favorites...there's just a handful there!

  19. I don't have a blog yet (maybe someday) but I follow yours on the DCMQG site! Right now, I'm really liking stripes and plaids and, as a new quilter, trying to figure out how to attractively include them in quilts without making the overall design too busy.
